Nomination Guidelines & Eligibility
Before submitting an enterprise for consideration by the ERITE Expert Committee, please ensure the nominee meets the baseline criteria for the 2026 evaluation pipeline. Self-nominations by corporate entities are strictly permitted and encouraged.
1. Operational Baseline
The nominated enterprise must have been fully operational within the Southern African market for a minimum of 18 months prior to October 2026, demonstrating measurable market traction.
2. Regulatory Compliance
Enterprises must be in good standing with regional regulatory bodies (e.g., Central Bank directives for Fintechs, telecommunications authorities for infrastructure).
3. Data Verification
Finalists must be prepared to provide high-level, non-NDA performance metrics (user growth, transaction volume variance) to the Expert Committee during the Phase 4 evaluation.
